Is theming important?
We believe creating an immersive environment for your guests is very important in a laser tag arena based on the target market you are striving to capture. How many themes do you have?
Currently we offer 11 “off-the-shelf” themes that range from the futuristic space world to the untamed, wild jungles of ancient tribes. Or, if you want something different, you can work with our design department to create a custom theme. With over 15 years of experience, our design team can take any idea from concept to reality.
Do you supply laser tag equipment?
No we don't, but we do have several equipment manufacturers in our Partner Alliance group that would be happy to work with you based on your needs. If you already have someone you're working with we can seamless integrate what we do with them to help provide the best package, save you on expensive start-up mistakes, and create a solution that will produce positive bottom-line results and repeat visits from your guests.
How long does it take to install an arena?
From the moment you sign the contract and put down your deposit, it takes 8-12 weeks to fabricate the arena. We build everything in our 33,000 square foot Theme Factory and since everything is of a finished nature, installation is typically only 4 to 6 days on location. This saves time and allows you to be up and running as quickly as possible!
Do you work internationally?
Yes, we have worked on projects in countries all over the world, including Canada, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Australia, Russia, Netherlands, and several others.
Can you help me design my arena?
Yes. All 4 of our pricing levels (Bronze to Platinum) include arena design as part of the overall package.
Can you help me design my whole facility?
Normally we work with laser tag anchored facilities under 15,000 SF, but if you have 4 or more attractions or your space is larger, we typically utilize some of our great partners to put together the right location that will set you apart and drive sales to your location.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our products come with a standard 1 year warranty, additional warranties are available and vary based on products purchased.
Do you supply other attractions besides laser tag arenas?
Yes, we also offer Cosmic Golf Courses, Lazer Frenzy laser mazes, The Game Patrol mobile gaming unit, and general theme work. You can read more about these products by visiting our Attraction Portal.
How do I know if my market is right?
Based on the history of our current clients, we can help with basic information and provide you with some resources to understand and compare your market to others. Should you require something more formal, we have partners that can assist with more analytic information to help determine if you should move forward with your project.
Do you have any references I can contact?
Yes. We can send you our Client Reference List which provides the contact information for several facilities that we’ve installed around the United States.
Where are you located?
Our Theme Factory is located in Mooresville, Indiana just southwest of Indianapolis and 10 minutes from the airport.
Can I come see the Theme Factory?
We always encourage people looking to add one of our products to come and take a tour of our production facility. It will give you a look behind the scenes of what we do, and it allows us to show you how we go from concept to completion.
